In my sports life I have been fortunate enough to play on winning teams. I first learned from great champions and then passed on as a captain all the characteristics that successful teams must have. As an ICF Coach, I use what I’ve learned in the field and through the tools I’ve learned, I transform the teams of the companies I work with to even higher levels of performance.

Speeches lasting 1 or 2 hours during which I tell the story of my career, touching on various areas and aspects of the corporate world, through the sports metaphor.
Main topics: leadership, teams, alibis, change, stress and error management.
Half-day (4 hours) training on a specific topic and with specific exercises on the same.
Main topics: leadership, team building, alibis, change, time management, feedback, motivation, goal focus, high-performance.
Full day (8 hours) of training with experiential exercises Main topics: leadership, team building, alibi, change, time management, feedback, motivation, focus objectives, high-performance
One and a half days (Friday 4 hours + Saturday 8 hours) to be done on the weekend to avoid taking resources away from the company for excessive time and during business hours.
Training cycle developed over a period of time ranging from 6 to 12 months, with 6/12 periodic meetings (1 or 2 every month), modular according to the needs of the company and lasting 8 hours each.
