Today, my most important victory is to give support to managers, companies, entrepreneurs and all those who take the field and want to win their game.
What drives me to do this? I’ll explain it by telling you my story.
The first challenge I faced was the toughest and most important.
I was born with a heart condition and when I was 5 years old I had open heart surgery to fix it. The surgery, which lasted 5 hours, went well and on a subconscious level gave me the grit and determination that would be very useful in my sporting life.
My basketball career
At age six, I started playing basketball and didn’t stop for 30 years.
I had an important and winning career as a professional between Milan, Treviso and the National Team.
My palmares is 23 titles won between championships, cups and medals. This successful experience transferred those values and teachings to me that I carry over into my speeches and coaching today.
Teamwork, leadership, commitment and all those concepts that are inherent in basketball and that apply to everyone’s daily and working life.
Besides the successes on the field, of my career I want to mention two curiosities.
I played 685 games without ever missing one.

The second is the key episode that was the trigger for why I am a Mental Coach today: in the last years of my career, due to a problem with my right hand, I had to become left-handed.
The end of a career is always a difficult time for a sportsman.
After I stopped playing in 2004, I went through a period that was not easy, made of mistakes, falls and failures.
These experiences, on the one hand marked me deeply, but on the other hand taught me a lot.
Sports had taught me that the hardest defeats are the ones that prepare you best for the next victory.
And so it was this time as well.
Since 2013, after training in a coaching school, I have been supporting people and teams in their personal and professional growth.
I have been an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach since 2021.
In my speeches I tell the story of my sporting career not limiting myself to the anecdotal sphere, but declining the concepts to the dynamics of the company so that my storytelling is useful, as well as exciting and motivating.
In one-on-one coaching and team coaching, I use the tools learned in my coursework to meet the personal and business needs of my clients.

I help people to bring out their potential and find those hidden and unconscious strengths, which very often they do not know they have, so that everyone can achieve their goals both personally and professionally. Thus:
